This form is the first step to understanding your carbon footprint.

symbol for help with any of the questions - Your carbon output for 1 year will then be calculated and your results returned to you.
- We will also add your result to the village total.
- Complete the home energy questionnaire
- We will use this information and your home energy questionnaire to gain an understanding of how your household generates carbon. We will then send you a personal report outlining how we believe you could reduce your footprint. This report will include details of any appropriate grants and discount schemes as well as all the free measures you could utilise.
- You can then take action and fill in this form again, 1 year later.

provided in confidence, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and
only use it for a specific legal reason and the purposes it is given.
